Adopting an Angel

Firstly, the Little Angels Staffie rescue team would like to thank you for taking the time  to look through the angels we have up for adoption, what a lovely bunch!

Our angels come in all shapes and sizes with different quirks and personalities.

Some people avoid rescue dogs because they say they are damaged, we don’t look at it like that – Just as with children they are brought up by humans, negative behaviors may have been learned but these can be unlearned.

They may have had setbacks in their lives, and maybe not the best of starts, but that does not mean each one does not have the potential to be a wonderful dog for the right family.

Here at little angels it makes them even more special to us that we can look into their eyes and see their personalities unfold and their confidence grow in a loving foster environment.

Some of our dogs have training needs or health issues which may require ongoing training or medical attention.  Any such issues will be discussed upon any rehoming .

All potential adopters need to go through a homecheck.  The purpose of this is not to inspect your home but simply to ensure you are who you say you are, your intentions are true, and you have an enclosed garden and a home suitable for a dog to thrive in.

You may have seen an angel that you have fallen in love with but you need to ensure you have fully considered all aspects of dog ownership:

 – is your chosen angel suitable to your life and your home environment>
– h
ave you considered holidays?
– Have you considered that a dog is a
Life time commitment?

Little angels staffie rescue wish to ensure that angels go to homes where their personalities suit all humans/furries who will share their space and that any issues are understood with huiman pawrents prepared as necessary.

We want to rehome Angels to the perfect, furever home first time as there is little sadder than angels returning to us, disheartened and disappointed.

All our angels are vaccinated and neutered/spayed before going to their homes unless there are health related issue that prevent this.  All our angels are also microchipped before leaving rescue and fully wormed/de-flead. (please note some of the details may need changing but a contact number for the rescue should always remain in place).
